The layout suits a dinner for two as much as a full table. For groups we block a whole service so the kitchen keeps its standard.

Bookings and gift cards
Online table booking is provided by Zenchef, and gift cards are issued and managed by Bonkdo, each on its own platform and under its own terms and conditions.
Consumer mediation
In accordance with article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, every customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge to settle a dispute amicably, after first attempting to resolve it directly with the restaurant. The competent mediator's details are provided on request, on site or by phone.
Liability
The information published (menu, prices, opening hours) is indicative and may change with the market and the season; only the information given on site is binding. The website links to third-party sites (booking, gift cards, social networks, reviews) whose content is not the responsibility of MASAMA.

Data collected
This website has no customer accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no forms. The only personal data processed is what you send us by e-mail (your e-mail address and whatever you choose to include in your message: name, phone number, request), and the technical connection data (IP address, browser, page requested) that any web server receives in order to display pages.
Purposes and legal bases
Your messages are used solely to answer your request (group, private hire, press, question): pre-contractual steps taken at your request and the restaurant's legitimate interest in answering the enquiries it receives (article 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR). Connection data is used to deliver the website and protect it against abuse: legitimate interest (article 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention period
E-mail exchanges are kept for twelve months after the last contact, then deleted, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise (accounting records: ten years). The host's technical logs are kept only for a limited period, in line with its privacy policy.
Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible only to the restaurant team and its technical providers: Cloudflare (website hosting and security) and Google (the restaurant's Gmail mailbox; the Google Maps map, only if you choose to display it). Zenchef (online booking) and Bonkdo (gift cards) receive your data only if you use their services, on their own platforms. Your data is never sold or transferred.
Transfers outside the European Union
Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC are based in the United States. Both are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognised as ensuring an adequate level of protection (decision of 10 July 2023).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Your browser only keeps, in its local storage, the language you chose and your choice about the map; this information stays on your device and cannot identify you. To protect the website against attacks, the host may occasionally set a strictly necessary security cookie, which is exempt from consent. The Google Maps map, which sets its own cookies, only loads after your explicit consent, which you can withdraw below at any time.
